Terms
Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Live Wildly's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Live Wildly ("Live Wildly," "we," "us," or "our") provides a members-only reflective experience for adults navigating life's transitions, including an assessment, a personalized RESET, a Companion practice, a Living Guide, and a Living Journal.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Educational and informational use only
The Service — including all reflections, RESET pathways, Companion guidance, recommendations, and other AI-generated or editorial content — is provided for educational, informational, and reflective purposes only. Live Wildly is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service, and nothing in the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
Live Wildly is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, financial advisor, or other qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have about a medical or mental-health condition. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
4. AI-generated guidance
Portions of the Service are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or statements that do not fit your situation. You are responsible for how you apply any reflection, plan, or recommendation the Service produces.
5. Memberships and subscriptions
The Companion practice is offered as a paid membership on a recurring monthly or annual basis. When you purchase a membership, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method the then-current price plus applicable taxes at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
6. Billing, cancellations, and refunds
You may cancel your Companion membership at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that period ends. Except where required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused portions of a membership.
7. Free trials and promotions
From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless we state otherwise, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership at the end of the trial or promotional period at the then-current rate. You may cancel before conversion to avoid being charged.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its text, design, illustrations, software, and brand — is owned by Live Wildly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not copy, resell, publish, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of the assessment answers, journal entries, uploaded images, audio, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Live Wildly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We will not sell Your Content or use it to train third-party AI models.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; or
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that contains malware.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Wildly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Wildly from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Live Wildly's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
